Instead of giving you a list of reasons why you may want to choose us, we’ll tell you what other people (our past customers) have told us… 

In 2010, for about one year, we asked everyone who hired us the same question… 

“Why did you decide to hire us over the competitors?  

Although not everyone used the same exact words, what most people said was very similar. 

And it went like this… 

“We felt better going with you. The way you guys conduct your business is more transparent than some of the others. This made us feel that we could trust you.  And trusting you gave us a good feeling.”  

The message was pretty clear.  People trusted us because of our transparency.  

Pricing

This starts by us listing prices for most services on our website. You’ll find that most contractors won’t do this.  Why not?  

We also provide ranges of pricing over the phone when people ask.  Most other companies won’t do that either. 

This is an important one- Insurance

When we deliver your estimate, we give you a copy of our insurance to prove that we have updated insurance protection for your home. It also includes our insurance agent’s contact information so you can verify.  We have never met another company that does this without being asked.  If they are not providing proof of insurance, how can you be sure you’re protected if you hire them?

References- Know Who You’re Hiring

With every estimate, you get a list of references with phone numbers that you can contact. With us, you can verify who you’re considering hiring.  

We Show You The Workmanship Standards

The work we do at your home is completed using local building codes and state workmanship standards.  We actually list these standards on our website here, so it’s accessible to everyone to confirm how we complete our plumbing projects.  We have yet to find a local plumbing contractor that makes these codes accessible to their customers to view and confirm.  

Clear and Accessible Communication

We openly show our editorial process on our website here. This ensures the information we provide on our website is trustworthy, accessible, and accurate. We list our sources so you can easily confirm information and learn more. 

More Transparent Pricing

We show you how we come up with our prices.  This shows you we don’t arbitrarily pick a number of what we want to charge.  We leverage resources and use sophisticated systems to ensure we provide you with prices that are fair, competitive and reflective of our costs and the value we provide you. 

To work in your best interests we must be transparent.  We hope we have demonstrated our commitment to working in your best interests, so you feel that you can trust us, too.  

Do the things we say here mean that no other plumber can do a good job for you?  Of course not.  We know many plumbers in Tucson that not only do a great job but also care for their customers and work in their best interests, just as we do.
